5. Bannerghatta - Lion SafariTourists are attracted to Nandi Hills for the breathtaking view of sunrise. Nandi Hills are 45 Kms from Bengaluru in Chikballapur district. Although we started off to watch the sunrise, we were in for a surprise from the celestial gods ! A monsoon cloud got trapped onto the Hill while the other clouds moved on (with no Hill to stop them). When we reached the hill top (1478 meters above mean sea level), we found ourselves bang in the middle of this rain bearing cloud.
We took some wonderful pictures there and returned with a promise to visit again for the sunrise. Pictures 1,2 are on Nandi Hills. Observe the change in weather in both the pictures taken within a short time span.
Moral : Celestial gods have their way of taking us by surprise.
Our next stop was Bannerghatta. Being a working day there were very few manimals. So, most animals were in their good moods. It was a success. On safari, we saw all the animals - deer in plenty, black bears in good numbers , white tigers walking up to the van , lionesses giving the best closeup shot. See pictures 3, 4 and 5.

I had an issue while connecting my 2 year old HP printer to my brother's laptop that I had borrowed for starting my own business. I used a quick google search to fix the problem but that did not help me.
