1. The following ORIGINALS are available with HoD :
a. Memorandum of Marks for 4th year Second SEMESTER. (4-2 MM)
b. CONSOLIDATED MARKS MEMO (CMM)
c. Provisional Certificate (PC).
2. Students MAY collect them from HoD ECE directly by submitting
- the COMPLETED NO DUES CERTIFICATE.
3. As the Principal will be on vacation from tomorrow, signature of HoD CSE (Incharge Principal) must be taken.
4. JNTU awards the certificates to students who secured 216 credits. So, those who want to
DROP two subjects because of any reason : failure/absence MUST fill up an UNDERTAKING.
This form will then be sent to JNTU for further processing AFTER WHICH, the student will be issued all the above certificates.
The department will normally be open between 9.30 am and 1 pm.
